Position Overview Do you live for winter, creativity, and the thrill of the mountain? Join the Mt. Hood Meadows Terrain Park Crew and help build, maintain, and protect one of the most exciting parts of the mountain experience. Our Park Crew members are responsible for keeping our terrain parks and halfpipe safe, fun, and ready for guests of all ability levels. Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll shape snow, maintain features, inspect park conditions, support events, and help create an environment where skiers and snowboarders can progress and enjoy the mountain. This is a hands-on outdoor role for individuals who love being on snow, take pride in quality work, and understand the importance of safety and guest experience. If you're passionate about freestyle skiing or snowboarding, enjoy working in a fast-paced mountain environment, and want to play a direct role in creating unforgettable experiences at Mt. Hood Meadows, this is your opportunity to be part of the crew behind the park. This is a full-time, seasonal position Qualifications & Experience Minimum age 18. Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability with personal equipment. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous ski area or terrain park experience. Event operations experience. Knowledge of terrain park design and maintenance.
