Position Overview Love helping people find the perfect setup for an unforgettable day on the mountain? As a High Performance Center Technician at Mt. Hood Meadows, you'll combine your passion for skiing and snowboarding with hands-on technical expertise to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Whether you're fitting boots, dialing in demo equipment, tuning skis and snowboards, or helping guests select the right gear, you'll play a key role in building confidence and maximizing every run. Working in our High Performance Center, you'll provide personalized recommendations, ensure equipment is properly fitted and adjusted for safety, and share your knowledge to help guests get the most out of their time on the mountain. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in ski and snowboard equipment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service and attention to detail. If you're passionate about mountain sports, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we'd love to have you join the team that helps every guest start their adventure with confidence. This is a part- or full-time, seasonal position Qualifications & Experience Must be 18 or older Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Basic knowledge of ski and snowboard gear Preferred Qualifications & Experience Ski and snowboarding tuning Boot fitting

Starting Wage:
$ 18.74 - $21.93 hourly
