Position Overview Love cross country skiing and enjoy helping people? Join the team at Meadows Nordic and be the friendly face that helps create memorable experiences for every guest who visits the resort. As a Nordic Guest Services Team Member, you'll welcome guests, answer questions, sell day track tickets, passes, lessons, rentals, and other Nordic products, and help ensure every interaction is positive, efficient, and informative. Whether you're assisting a first-time visitor, helping a family plan their day, or providing solutions when plans change, you'll play an essential role in delivering the exceptional guest experience Meadows Nordic is known for. This is a community-oriented position that combines customer service, technology, teamwork, and problem-solving in a fun mountain environment. This is a part-time, seasonal position Qualifications & Experience Comfortable communicating and working with in-person guests Comfortable using computers and other technology including point-of-sale systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Ability to work independently and as part of a team Minimum Age 18 Ability to work weekends and holidays Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous guest service experience Prior experience operating a point-of-sale
