At All American Gymnastics, we are passionate about providing children and teens with an exciting and enriching experience through Gymnastics, Ninja Classes, Trampoline and Tumbling, and a variety of special events such as No-School Day Camps, Summer Camps, Birthday Parties, and Kids Fun Night out. Our facility is a vibrant and welcoming environment where kids can build confidence, stay active, and have fun! A Ninja Coach is responsible for leading safe, high-energy ninja classes that build strength, agility, confidence, and problem-solving skills in athletes of all ages. Coaches plan and run engaging obstacle-based classes, teach proper technique and progression, manage class flow and safety, and create a positive, motivating environment. Ninja Coaches are expected to communicate professionally with athletes, parents, and staff, follow all gym policies, and represent All American Gymnastics Academy with enthusiasm, consistency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Help plan and execute engaging and safe ninja classes for kids of various age groups and skill levels. Teach fundamental skills such as obstacle navigation, strength training, and agility development. Foster a supportive and fun learning environment while maintaining discipline and safety protocols. Provide individualized feedback and encouragement to help students achieve their goals. Collaborate with the coaching team to enhance programs and activities. Set up and break down equipment as needed.

Optional :

Assist with special events, including camps, birthday parties, and fun nights out.

Qualifications:

Previous coaching experience in ninja, gymnastics, or related activities preferred, but not required. Enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable, with a passion for working with children is a must. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to adapt teaching styles to accommodate various learning needs and ages. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
