Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kids Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and experience working with children in various physical education settings. As a Kids Coach, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and develop their athletic skills. Your role will involve teaching fundamental sports techniques, promoting teamwork, and encouraging healthy lifestyles among young athletes. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging coaching programs tailored to the needs of children. Teach fundamental skills in various sports, including but not limited to martial arts, judo, karate, and general gym activities. Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior management among participants. Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Ensure a safe and supportive environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines. Organize and lead practice sessions, games, and events for students. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and participation. Skills Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education. Background in martial arts or related disciplines such as judo or karate is highly desirable. Ability to manage behavior effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Experience working with students of varying ages and skill levels. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and parents alike. Knowledge of health club activities and promoting physical fitness among youth. Lifeguard certification is a plus but not mandatory.
