Martial Arts Instructor Location:

1900 E. Howard ln Bldg C-1 and C2 Pflugerville, Tx 78660

Schedule:

Monday-Friday And Saturdays as needed. Travel to Tournaments/seminars/testings as well.

Responsibilities:

Teaching Excellence:

Teach with Legacy standards, Lead engaging martial arts classes, focusing on proper technique and skill progression.

Curriculum:

Instruct students of various ages and skill levels, tailoring instruction to meet their needs. Bushiban martial arts, Muay Thai, Tumbling, Parkour, Gymnastics Extra events: Community events, Birthday parties, Graduations, Parents night outs etc.

• Character Building:

  Instill important values such as respect, discipline, and perseverance in students.

• Safety:

  Ensure a safe training environment by implementing proper safety protocols.

• Class Management:

  Maintain class records, attendance, and progress reports as required.

• Team Collaboration:

  Work collaboratively with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the overall student experience.
• Follow structured work flow through our school management book.

Qualifications:

• Martial Arts Expertise:

  Strong background in Traditional martial arts as well as a minimum Black belt rank. We are looking for someone experienced in Bushiban martial arts(Traditional arts) which are a combination of Weapons, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, grappling, Tumbling, Parkour and Gymnastics.

• Teaching Skills:

  Previous teaching experience is mandatory; a passion for sharing knowledge is essential. Teaching all ages from 4 and up.

• Communication:

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of all ages.

• Motivation:

  A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to inspire students to achieve their best. Always ready to perform with your "Disney Face"
• Leave your problems at the door.

• Reliability:

  Punctuality and a dependable work ethic are crucial.

• Certifications:

  Relevant certifications and credentials are a plus.
• Clean Driving records: Will help with transporting children from elementary school to our afterschool program.
