Teaching Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Coach at The Little Gym of Tyler is responsible for leading engaging, high-energy classes that promote physical, cognitive, and social development in children ages 4 months to 12 years. This role focuses on creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can build confidence, develop motor skills, and grow through structured activities and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and instruct age-appropriate classes using The Little Gym curriculum Create a positive, energetic, and encouraging atmosphere for children and families Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during classes and events Track and communicate student progress with parents/guardians Assist with birthday parties, camps, and special events Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facility Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service Support membership growth through retention and referrals

Qualifications:

Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, childcare, etc.) preferred Energetic, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead groups and manage varying energy levels Willingness to learn and follow The Little Gym training program Physical ability to demonstrate activities and assist children as needed

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
