Who We Are Jets Gymnastics has been bringing gymnastics to Eastside kids for over 30 years and we're under new ownership with a lot of exciting things ahead. We're a mobile program that travels to partner facilities across Issaquah, Sammamish, Bellevue, and North Bend so kids get a great gymnastics experience right in their neighborhood. We're a small, fun team that takes child safety seriously and loves what we do. If you want to be part of something that's growing and make a real impact on kids, we'd love to meet you. jetsgymnasticswa.com The Role This is a school-year role built around weekday classes for kids ages 3-12. You'll run structured, engaging gymnastics classes, own the floor, and be the kind of instructor kids talk about on the drive home. We're especially looking for people with weekday midday availability, so this role is a great fit for early childhood education students, former teachers, stay-at-home parents ready to get back into part-time work, or anyone with real experience working with young kids. Paid training provided before your start date. What You'll Do Lead fun, structured gymnastics classes for small groups of kids ages 3-12 Teach gymnastics skills safely and progressively across stations Keep kids engaged, safe, and excited to come back every week Support and work closely with co-coaches to keep class running smoothly Drive to partner facility locations across the Eastside Communicate clearly with the Jets team and facility staff What We're Looking For Experience working with young kids required (teaching, childcare, coaching, camp, ECE coursework, etc.) Gymnastics or movement background a plus, not required Available for weekday midday hours on a consistent weekly schedule Energetic, reliable, and genuinely great with kids Reliable transportation to get to class locations Ability to drive company vans is a strong plus but not required Must pass a background check What We Offer Competitive pay for both instruction and non-instruction time Consistent weekly schedule built around your availability A communicative team that has your back Room to grow into more program support and planning responsibilities for the right person The chance to grow with a program that's just getting started on something exciting
Pay:
$22.00 - $32.00 per hour
