Key Qualifications:
Current and active Alabama Special Education Teaching License (required) Experience teaching or supporting students in grades 4-6 Familiarity with resource classroom models and adapting curriculum to student needs Strong communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and team members Organizational skills for managing instruction, documentation, and student progress
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and small group instruction tailored to support IEPs and foster student growth Develop lesson plans and instructional materials appropriate for resource classroom settings Coordinate with classroom teachers and support staff to ensure a collaborative learning environment Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed Engage families in their child's education and provide regular updates Maintain compliance with all required documentation and deadlines
Position Details & Perks:
