Bring your passion for supporting student success to an engaging contract opportunity as a Paraprofessional Facilitator. Youll be based onsite at select educational locations around Montgomery, AL, making a real difference by helping children access vital speech-language services. In this role, youll collaborate with virtual SLPs, providing hands-on assistance to prepare students and facilitate their participation in services, while also offering general classroom support as needed.

Key Qualifications:

Associates Degree or higher, OR successful completion of the WorkKeys test, OR a valid Sub certification Prior experience working within a school environment Flexibility to work with diverse students and staff Ability to adapt to shifting needs and take initiative in both one-on-one and classroom settings Successful fingerprinting and criminal background clearance

Role Responsibilities:

Support virtual SLPs by guiding students to their sessions and ensuring theyre prepared for remote services Provide assistance within classrooms during times when direct SLP services are not occurring Foster a welcoming, positive environment for students in multiple school settings Work on-site at one of several local schools, with the possibility of assignments across different educational campuses Collaborate closely with speech-language professionals, educators, and school teams Maintain accurate documentation as required for services and student support Benefit from a set schedule (up to 37.5 hours per week) and the chance to grow your educational experience while playing an important part in students development.
