Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

Current Special Education licensure for Alabama with required endorsements (no substitutes permitted) Demonstrated experience in self-contained classroom settings Proven ability to tailor instruction to varying abilities and needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:
