Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Deliver effective instruction in small groups or one-on-one settings, ensuring academic and social growth Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and staff to discuss student progress and strategies for continued success Employ differentiated instructional methods and modifications to foster an inclusive environment Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal guidelines Participate in team meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning
