You'll work with a group of 28 students, collaborating with fellow educators to deliver individualized instruction tailored to meet diverse learning needs. The position focuses on providing academic and behavioral support to students identified with mild to moderate learning disabilities. Youll design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs), monitor progress, and adapt teaching strategies to foster student success in an inclusive environment.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher credential (certification in mild-moderate or learning disability preferred) Experience working with middle school grades, ideally in a resource classroom In-depth understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven instruction Strong classroom management and communication abilities Passion for advocating for students with diverse needs
