Youll play a key role in helping students achieve their goals by providing individualized case management, designing and implementing direct instruction based on IEPs, and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations.

Qualifications:

Hold valid Arizona Special Education Teacher Certification Ability to obtain and maintain a current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Experience in managing IEPs and working in K-12 educational settings preferred Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive case management services for students with IEPs Maintain accurate, timely records and ensure regulatory compliance for IEPs Deliver direct instruction tailored to each student's needs based on their individualized plans Develop and execute a full range of service options to support diverse learners Consult in the RtI process and collaborate with staff to implement accommodations and modifications Communicate consistently with parents and guardians, fostering trust and partnership Offer behavior management strategies and implement effective behavior intervention plans Help ensure a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment Take on other related duties as assigned
