What We're Looking For:
Current Arizona Department of Education Certification for Special Education Valid, active fingerprint clearance card Experience or interest in working within one or more specialized settings (behavior, adaptive, or resource programs) Commitment to working the full academic calendar, including new teacher orientation Strong communication and collaboration abilities Dedication to fostering inclusive, engaging classrooms
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement individualized instructional plans to meet unique student needs Collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff to create positive learning experiences Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Maintain accurate documentation and uphold state/district standards Participate in ongoing professional development and teacher orientation activities
