Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field Current state teaching certification in Special Education Experience working with K-12 students in a special needs setting Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Collaborative spirit to partner with general education teachers, support staff, and families Effective communication and organizational skills Passion for fostering an inclusive, nurturing learning environmentKey Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to individual learning styles and needs Adapt curriculum and instructional techniques to accommodate diverse learners Assess student progress, maintain accurate records, and report findings to stakeholders Write and manage compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best educational outcomes Foster a positive, supportive atmosphere that encourages student confidence and independence Provide guidance, resources, and encouragement to students and familiesBenefits & Perks:
