As a Lead Teacher, At Primrose School of Arrowhead, you bring the passion, and we'll give you all the tools and training to be successful. Our Balanced Learning® approach was developed with early learning experts. It provides clear daily plans so you can focus your time in the classroom on forming connections with the children and spend your time outside of school focused on yourself. Fostering inclusive classroom communities, and supporting the developmental growth of children with diverse needs. Your leadership will ensure that every student receives personalized attention, nurturing their social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral development through innovative teaching strategies and compassionate mentorship. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working collaboratively with a passionate team committed to excellence in education. Make a difference every day. Spend your days building genuine relationships with each child. Help children explore the world, improve their motor skills and grow their vocabulary. Work with your co-teacher to implement the lesson plans from the research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum. Maintain a well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence. Discover what works best for each child as you teach them about the world around them. Requirements Proven experience in classroom management within early childhood or special education settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, literacy education, math instruction, and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, and colleagues. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced educational environment while maintaining patience and compassion.
