Job Description

Category Schools - School Psychologist Job Type Direct Hire Make a meaningful impact as a School Psychologist in a supportive educational environment near Peoria, AZ. This direct hire opportunity will have you working onsite at a single campus, allowing you to dedicate your focus to building lasting relationships with students, families, and staff. You will join a collaborative team of professionals with a manageable evaluation caseload and the resources you need to provide comprehensive student support. The district is currently seeking four licensed psychologists to enhance their team, offering competitive salaries, relocation stipends, a retention stipend, and a bilingual stipend for qualified candidates.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field Current or eligibility for valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist Experience in educational assessment, multi-tiered supports, and student counseling Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented school environment Bilingual abilities are a plus and eligible for an additional stipend
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for students Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop effective interventions and supports Provide consultation and crisis intervention as needed within the school setting Develop, implement, and monitor student behavior plans and IEPs Foster a positive school climate and promote student wellness This role offers the chance to work directly with students at one site while being supported by a dedicated administrative team.
