This position offers the chance to empower K-8 and preschool students, working alongside an experienced classroom team to make a meaningful impact.

Three openings are available:

two focused on preschool classrooms (with 2 half-day classes, 4 days a week, serving a caseload of 18-20 students), and one cross-categorical position covering a K-8 caseload of 10-13 students. Every classroom benefits from the support of a teacher and two assistants, ensuring ample resources and teamwork to promote success for every learner.

Qualifications:

Valid Mild/Moderate K-12 Special Education License (or Moderate/Severe, accepted) Experience in an inclusive educational setting supporting diverse learning needs Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Enthusiasm for guiding young students through individualized learning plans Ability to start as soon as possible and commit through May 2027

Duties:

Deliver differentiated instruction to address IEP goals and foster growth in students with special needs Collaborate closely with two classroom assistants to provide comprehensive support Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based educational plans Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress consistently Facilitate communication with families, related service providers, and colleagues Participate in IEP meetings and adapt strategies for optimum student achievement This full-time role offers 37.5 working hours per week, providing the schedule stability and the rewarding challenge of shaping young lives.
