Key Qualifications:

Current Arizona Special Education Certification required Active IVP (Identity Verified Prints) fingerprint clearance card Proven experience managing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and case management Previous experience as a Special Education Director strongly preferred Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a sizeable caseload through effective scheduling and student grouping Self-starter with a professional and collaborative approach

Primary Duties:

Provide services in a resource setting for students in grades K8, utilizing both push-in and pull-out models Manage a caseload of approximately 3035 students with IEPs, ensuring progress monitoring and regular reporting on goals Write and lead IEP meetings, engaging families and staff in the process Deliver ongoing support across grade levels; assist with screening and evaluation of new students as needed Take on leadership with responsibilities as both Special Education Teacher and Director, aligning team strategies and resources for maximum student success
