We have elementary, middle school and high school resource positions, preschool and behavior focused classroom openings. Duties Design and implement individualized education plans(IEPs) aligned with each student's needs and learning goals Adapt curriculum materials and classroom activities to accommodate students Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies Use learning technology and instructional design tools to enhance student engagement Maintain detailed records of student progress, IEP goals, behavioral data, and communication logs Experience Prior classroom experience working with children with disabilities Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and external service providers Ability to plan lessons effectively while adapting to the unique needs of each student
