Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction for students with diverse abilities, adapting lessons to facilitate academic and personal growth Develop and regularly update IEPs, ensuring compliance and individualization for each student Create and adapt lesson plans and instructional materials to meet learning objectives Assess academic progress and adjust teaching strategies according to student responses Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, documenting instructional activities and student performance Identify student needs and implement targeted strategies, supports, and accommodations Facilitate communication and coordination with other educators, aides, parents, and classroom volunteers to ensure a supportive learning atmosphere This position is for 40 hours per week, with a focus on delivering in-person instruction and support.
