Qualifications:

Hold a current California Teaching Credential with Deaf and Hard of Hearing authorization Prior experience in school-based settings is preferred Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students with hearing impairments in both individual and group settings Conduct assessments and contribute to the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with general education teachers, speech-language pathologists, and support staff to ensure student success Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding strategies and accommodations for DHH students Promote self-advocacy and communication skills to empower students in the classroom and beyond Enjoy the benefits of a supportive school district focused on collaboration and student achievement, along with weekly pay.
