Qualifications & Experience:

Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or similar setting Ability to follow teacher directives and work collaboratively with faculty and staff Excellent communication skills and a patient, encouraging attitude Capable of assisting students individually or in small groups, including those with special needs High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in education or child development are a plus

Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support, reinforcing lessons presented by teachers Assist with implementing learning activities and accommodations for individual students Supervise students during classroom transitions, lunchtime, or recess as needed Support a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all learners Monitor student progress and document observations for teacher review Contribute to school initiatives and extracurricular program assistance as requested
