In this role, you will: Provide specialized instruction to students with visual impairments across multiple campuses. Develop and implement IEPs for visually impaired students. Collaborate with general and special education staff, families, and service providers. Assess student progress, document outcomes, and participate in IEP meetings. Travel between assigned schools within the local area.
Qualifications:
Valid California teaching credential for Teachers of the Visually Impaired or eligibility for reciprocity. Previous experience with visually impaired students preferred. Strong communication and organization skills. Ability to adapt instruction for a variety of learning environments. Willingness to travel locally between school sites.
