Valid teaching credential in Special Education Experience developing and implementing IEPs Knowledge of evidence-based instructional strategies for diverse learners Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both colleagues and families Ability to adapt to changing classroom situations and student needs Previous experience working in a school setting is a plusWhat You'll Be Doing:
