Wild Things Education is seeking a passionate, experienced, and enthusiastic Learning Coach to join our team! The ideal candidate believes that education should be engaging, personalized, and meaningful. We are looking for someone who has classroom experience and is confident creating lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting students at different grade levels and learning abilities.

Responsibilities:

Plan and teach engaging, standards-aligned lessons Implement and adapt curriculum to meet individual student needs Lead small-group and one-on-one instruction Monitor student progress and maintain organized work samples Create a positive, encouraging, and well-managed learning environment Support hands-on, outdoor, and project-based learning

Qualifications:

Previous classroom or instructional experience Experience with lesson planning and curriculum implementation Strong classroom-management and organizational skills Passion for working with children and helping them succeed Flexible, dependable, creative, and collaborative Comfortable teaching students with different learning styles and academic levels Teaching credential or education-related degree is preferred but not required Wild Things Education offers a unique learning environment where students can grow academically, build confidence, connect with nature, and develop a genuine love of learning.
