40 hours per week Responsibilities Develop and adapt individualized education programs (IEPs) to meet each student's unique needs, ensuring compliance with special education law and educational standards Design engaging lesson plans incorporating curriculum development, literacy education, math, and early childhood education principles tailored for students with disabilities Implement instructional modifications and accommodations to support diverse learning styles and abilities Utilize educational technology integration and behavioral therapy techniques to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management strategies and behavioral health practices Collaborate closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, counselors, parents, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive student support Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and standardized testing to evaluate student development and adjust instruction accordingly Join us in shaping a brighter future for students with special needs!
