Note:

Must have M/S Credentials for CA State. Duties Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs Implement specialized teaching techniques to address various learning challenges Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support student progress Utilize behavioral management strategies to create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Incorporate technology and other resources to enhance learning experiences Qualifications Experience in special education or related fields such as childhood development or behavioral health Knowledge of classroom management techniques tailored for students with special needs Familiarity with educational approaches like Montessori or working with children with autism Understanding of child welfare and the importance of creating a safe and supportive learning environment Ability to administer and interpret standardized testing to evaluate student performance
