With 40 years of rich history. We have recently expanded our program and our seeking to add new talented faculty members to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young children. Our Teachers play a crucial role in shaping the early educational experiences of students and supporting their growth and development.
Current Openings:
Primary Teacher - Pre-Kindergarten (ages 3.5-4.5 years) • Minimum 36 ECE Units, Bachelors Degree pref. • Minimum 2 years experience in the classroom with PK/TK Duties Learning Without Tears Curricular Experience / HWT Training completed preferred. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes child welfare. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning space. Assess student progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods. Provide individualized support to children with special education needs as required. Engage in tutoring sessions to reinforce learning objectives and enhance student understanding. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and progress. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience across the curriculum. Skills Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Experience working with children in various settings, including private schools or childcare environments. Proficiency in lesson planning that caters to diverse learning styles and needs. Knowledge of observation procedures and assessment strategies for young learners. Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while promoting positive behavior among students. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their developmental milestones.
