We provide one-on-one support for children, teens, and young adults with special needs in their homes and communities. It's work that builds real relationships and genuinely matters. No prior experience required. We provide paid training and ongoing support from day one.
SCHEDULE
: We're currently hiring for afternoon and evening availability, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Shifts typically run 3 to 6 hours. This is a part-time position, and we do our best to work around school or other job schedules.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide one-on-one care (no clinical or nursing duties) in home and community settings Support clients in activities they enjoy Help with social, cognitive, and behavioral development Create a safe, calm, and engaging environment Build meaningful connections with clients and their families
WHAT WE OFFER

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A warm, patient personality who genuinely enjoys being around kids Available to work afternoons and evenings between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM Must be 18 years of age or older Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to pass a background check

Do you have experience supporting individuals with special needs, or are you open to learning how to work with clients with developmental or behavioral differences? Are you comfortable driving a client if needed? Most visits take place in the home, but we occasionally offer transportation as well. Any driving is under 16 miles per visit and mileage is fully reimbursed. What does your general weekly availability look like? Let us know which weekdays, evenings, and whether weekends work for you too. Are you comfortable working in different parts of Orange County? We do our best to match caregivers with nearby families, but location flexibility tends to open up more opportunities. Are you at least 18 years of age?
