Job Description
SCHEDULE
: We're currently hiring for afternoon and evening availability, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Shifts typically run 3 to 6 hours. This is a part-time position, and we do our best to work around school or other job schedules.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide one-on-one care (no clinical or nursing duties) in home and community settings Support clients in activities they enjoy Help with social, cognitive, and behavioral development Create a safe, calm, and engaging environment Build meaningful connections with clients and their familiesWHAT WE OFFER

Do you have experience supporting individuals with special needs, or are you open to learning how to work with clients with developmental or behavioral differences? Are you comfortable driving a client if needed? Most visits take place in the home, but we occasionally offer transportation as well. Any driving is under 16 miles per visit and mileage is fully reimbursed. What does your general weekly availability look like? Let us know which weekdays, evenings, and whether weekends work for you too. Are you comfortable working in different parts of Orange County?
