Job Summary Rainbow Child Development Center is seeking a part time or full time teacher that is able to speak Korean fluently and is passionate about teaching children. Rainbow CDC is a play based learning center that focuses on nature and kindergarten readiness. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and tailored to meet individual student needs. Utilize educational technology and instructional design principles to enhance learning experiences across subjects such as literacy, math, early childhood education. Manage classroom behavior effectively and interact with children in a developmentally appropriate manner. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional modifications, and assessment strategies to ensure educational compliance and regulation adherence. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and educational goals through meetings or written reports.. Maintain accurate records of DRDP throughout the year. Experience Proven classroom experience in early childhood education, special education, or related fields working with children or students with disabilities. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for diverse learners. Experience with DRDP and CLASS. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers and parents.
