Job Description
Key Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching certification for California Experience working with students identified with mild to moderate disabilities Strong commitment to individualized instruction and differentiated learning strategies Effective communication skills for collaboration with staff, families, and specialists Ability to maintain records, track progress, and implement IEPs successfully Comfortable working on-site, with potential consideration for VOCO (virtual/on-campus)Primary Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for a caseload of 28 or fewer students Provide engaging, tailored instruction that addresses academic, social, and behavioral goals Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators Communicate student progress and needs to families and participate in IEP meetings Utilize assessments and progress monitoring tools to inform instructional planning Cultivate an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that empowers every studentWhat Sets This Opportunity Apart:
