This contract opportunity is perfect for a skilled Special Education Teacher who is bilingual in Spanish and excited to work within a dual immersion program. With a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, youll be supporting students where half of the days curriculum and instruction are delivered strictly in Spanish.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teaching Certification Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English Experience in dual immersion programs or bilingual education settings Strong understanding of IEPs, ADA, and individualized instruction Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized instruction in both English and Spanish across a variety of subjects Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to students unique needs Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Foster cultural appreciation and inclusion in the classroom Track and assess student progress, making adjustments as needed to instructional strategies Participate in ongoing professional development dedicated to dual immersion and special education best practices This role offers highly competitive compensation, along with weekly pay.
