• What You Will Do
• + Provide direct behavioral support to students using ABA-based strategies + Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under clinical supervision + Collect and track data to monitor student progress and inform programming + Support classroom routines, transitions, and positive behavior reinforcement + Collaborate with teachers, special education personnel, and behavioral specialists + Help students build communication, social, and functional life skills •What We Are Looking For•We are seeking candidates with a strong background in ABA therapy and a genuine commitment to supporting students with special needs.

Experience in school-based or special education settings is highly preferred.

• Minimum Requirements
• + High school diploma or equivalent required + Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred + Experience with ABA therapy strongly preferred + Experience in a school or special education setting preferred + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
