Club Xcite is hiring full-time Special Education Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year! These are in-person roles starting in Pittsburg, CA , with additional openings across California. There are currently multiple openings with either Mild/Mod caseload We are currently seeking Special Education Teacher's for an full-time school-based opportunities in Pittsburg, CA for the 2026-2027 school year . Position Details Monday-Friday 35 hours per week 1 x Mild/Mods - Elementary 1 x Mild/Mods - High School Interview will be held virtually Qualifications Valid California Education Specialist Credential Bachelor's degree or higher CTC Certificate of Clearance (Mild/Mods) Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Experience with special education assessments and data Strong classroom management skills Ability to differentiate instruction Knowledge of behavior-support strategies Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working with students with disabilities preferred Commitment to inclusive and supportive learning environments 3 professional references Pay Up to $60.00 per hour (based on experience) Up to $2,100 per week (based on experience) Responsibilities Develop and implement IEPs Provide specialized instruction Monitor and document student progress Adapt lessons to meet individual needs Manage classroom behavior and supports Collaborate with general education teachers Communicate with parents and families Participate in IEP meetings Maintain accurate student records Use data to guide instruction Collaborate with related service providers Support student academic and social growth About Club Xcite Since 2004, Club Xcite has supported students across California through personalized academic, social, emotional, and behavioral services.
