Full-Time United Staff Group is seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers for Special Day Class (SDC) and Resource Specialist Program (RSP) positions in Rancho Cordova for the 2026-27 school year. Responsibilities Provide individualized instruction aligned with student IEP goals. Develop and implement appropriate accommodations, modifications, and interventions. Manage a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams. Work closely with general education teachers, specialists, administrators, and families. Use assessment data to develop and adjust instructional strategies. Support students in developing independence and essential academic skills. Qualifications Valid California Special Education teaching credential. Bachelor's degree required.
