Key Qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching credential Demonstrated experience supporting students with diverse learning needs Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation Excellent communication skills for working with parents, staff, and administration Flexibility and adaptability within the classroom setting Commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive educational experiencePrimary Responsibilities:
Develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs Adapt lessons and curricula to accommodate a range of abilities and learning styles Track student progress and maintain accurate and timely records Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers Engage in ongoing communication with families to keep them informed and involved in their child's progress Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities Perks of thisRole:
