Position Details Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week

Multiple school sites openings. Will be only working at one school site

Caseload:

Maximum of 14 students, with most classrooms serving approximately 11 students Interview will be held virtually Qualifications Valid California Education Specialist Credential Bachelor's degree or higher CTC Certificate of Clearance (Mod/Sev) Knowledge of IEP development and implementation Experience with special education assessments and data Strong classroom management skills Ability to differentiate instruction Knowledge of behavior-support strategies Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working with students with disabilities preferred Commitment to inclusive and supportive learning environments 3 professional references Pay Up to $68.00 per hour (based on experience) Up to $2,550 per week (based on experience) Responsibilities Develop and implement IEPs Provide specialized instruction Monitor and document student progress Adapt lessons to meet individual needs Manage classroom behavior and supports Collaborate with general education teachers Communicate with parents and families Participate in IEP meetings Maintain accurate student records Use data to guide instruction Collaborate with related service providers Support student academic and social growth When You Work with
