ASAP Responsibilities Provide DHH services and educational support to the assigned student Address the student's communication, educational, and access needs Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and the educational team Support classroom access through accommodations, consultation, and appropriate strategies Assist with communication access and implementation of DHH-specific services Participate in IEP-related activities and collaborate with the IEP team Maintain accurate documentation and service records Provide guidance and strategies to support the student's educational success Qualifications Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential with DHH authorization or another appropriate California credential/permit Bachelor's degree or higher DHH teaching experience preferred Knowledge of IEPs, accommodations, communication access, and school-based special education Experience supporting students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing ASL proficiency is a plus Platinum Therapy is an Equal Opportunity Employer. # platinum123
