Currently looking to hire Certified Special Education Teachers for Santa Rosa, CA. These are full-time positions for the School Year 26-27. The ideal candidate will possess previous school experience as a Special Education Teacher. CA state Special Education Teachers Credential. Mild to Moderate & Moderate to Sever credentials.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Adapt classroom work for the purpose of providing students with instructional materials. Administer developmental testing programs, subject-specific assessments, etc. Advise parents and/or legal guardians of student progress. Monitor students' behavior/activities in a variety of educational environments. Participate in and/or coordinates a variety of meetings (e.g. PLC, IEP, Department, School) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Special Education from an accredited university programs. Competence in lesson planning that aligns with educational standards while addressing individual IEP goals. Experience in mentoring new teachers or providing teacher collaboration within a team setting. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases while maintaining detailed records.
