This contract-based role is available immediately and offers the chance to provide essential educational support while covering a leave of absencepotentially continuing through the end of the school year. In this classroom, youll work with a caseload of 1012 students in 2nd and 3rd grade, with the support of three dedicated paraprofessionals. The campus is home to several Special Day classes, fostering a culture of shared resources and peer collaboration. Desired Qualifications:

Valid teaching license with a Moderate/Severe Education Specialist Credential; Mild/Moderate credentials may be considered for short-term coverage Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Ability to adapt curriculum and instruction to individual student goals and IEP requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills Enthusiasm for fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
