Qualifications and Desired Experience:

What You'll Do:

Develop and deliver engaging, individualized lesson plans tailored to each students learning needs and IEP goals Administer assessments and monitor student progress, adapting instructional strategies as needed Collaborate with a dedicated team of teachers, support staff, and therapists Maintain detailed records and participate in IEP meetings and conferences Communicate proactively with parents and caregivers about student progress Support students academically, socially, and emotionally, ensuring all learners feel valued and empowered
