9681746-95380 Job Description Make an impact supporting students with exceptional needs by stepping into a full-time ESN Special Education Teacher role in a thriving school setting near Turlock, CA. This contract opportunity seeks a dedicated professional to provide critical services to students who benefit from specialized instruction and personalized learning environments. Youll work onsite to deliver education and support for learners with a wide range of abilities and needs, from autism and intellectual disability to multiple disabilities, OHI, orthopedic impairment, emotional disturbance, traumatic brain injury, and deafblindness.

Key Qualifications:

Valid California Special Education Teaching CredentialESN Education Specialist Instruction (R3EN or Mod/Severe) Authorized to work in California Experience delivering individualized instruction and supports for students with significant needs Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and completing compliance documentation Comfortable adapting curriculum for diverse learners

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals for each student Track student progress and maintain accurate records and documentation Teach adaptive, daily living, and functional life skills alongside academics Provide support for behavioral, sensory, communication, and medical needs Develop and adapt curriculum and materials as needed Collaborate regularly with families, general education teachers, aides, therapists, nurses, and administrators to ensure comprehensive student support This opening is looking to be filled ASAP for the duration of the school yearand while the district may transition internally in the future, immediate support is crucial now.
