Desired Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification or licensure (state requirements apply) Proven experience supporting students with diverse needs in a school setting Knowledge of individualized instruction and IEP implementation Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction to a caseload of 10-12 students at the elementary level (Thimmig Elementary) Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Foster an inclusive learning environment and collaborate with staff and families Maintain accurate records and participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings
