Small Caseload :

Work with students who have mild to moderate needs, providing direct and indirect instruction aligned to each student's IEP goals

Adapt General Education Content :

Collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure inclusive, accessible learning for all students, making modifications as needed Collaborate with a

Support Team :

Work closely with other specialists including psychologists, OT, PT, speech therapists, and service providers to align supports and interventions for students with disabilities Lead the

IEP Process :

Write IEP plans, track student progress, and facilitate family meetings to ensure strong communication and collaboration

Ensure Compliance :

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Colorado special education laws (C.R.S. § 22-20-103) and federal regulations (IDEA) Serve as a Resource for
