Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field Valid state certification/licensure as a Special Education Teacher Previous experience working with students who have a range of disabilities Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt instruction to individual needs Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues Passion for creating an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment
