Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional in school settings, particularly at the elementary level Understanding of best practices for supporting communication and social skills in children Patience, empathy, and strong interpersonal communication abilities Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and staff to meet individual student needs Flexibility and adaptability to classroom routines and programming

Responsibilities:
