Requirements:
Active Special Education Teacher certification (state or national, as required) Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field Previous experience working with students with varying learning, emotional, or behavioral needs preferred Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills Adaptability and willingness to embrace new situations and environments
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff Monitor, assess, and document student progress Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development
