Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid Special Education teaching license or eligibility for licensure Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues Ability to adapt instruction for diverse learning needs Positive, team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with varying abilities Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on student progress Foster a safe, supportive classroom environment that encourages academic and social-emotional growth Partner with general educators and related service staff to promote inclusion
